I launched my career with a strong interest in education, ultimately finding my niche in behavior analysis a field that allows me to empower individuals and drive meaningful change. I hold a bachelor's degree in general studies from Indiana University South Bend and a Master of Arts in Special Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Over the past eight years, I’ve led behavioral interventions across clinical, residential, and community settings, supporting clients from toddlers to seniors. I am known for my effective communication, reliability, and ability to adapt quickly to evolving needs. My goal is to foster growth through collaboration and to continuously elevate the quality of care and support I provide.
