Brittany Scott serves as the Clinic Director of the Complex Behavior Unit at Myers Assessment and Therapeutics (MATS), where she leads a highly specialized and multidisciplinary team. This unit is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based intervention for individuals facing the most significant developmental and behavioral challenges. Brittany's leadership is uniquely informed by her education, holding dual master’s degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and Applied Behavior Analysis. This powerful academic combination gives her a distinctive edge, enabling her to seamlessly merge educational insight—focused on meaningful learning environments—with the precise, data-driven methodology of behavioral science to achieve comprehensive client success.

Broader Expertise & Leadership Philosophy

Beyond her clinical expertise, Brittany’s love for teaching extends to curriculum design, social-skills programming, and the creation of inclusive community-based experiences—ranging from specialized ABA summer camps to transition-readiness programs for teens. Her leadership philosophy centers on the belief that progress is built through relationships, collaboration, and creativity. Clinical Specialties & Mentorship

Over the course of her career, Brittany has specialized in the assessment and treatment of severe maladaptive behaviors, the development of functional communication systems, and the design of individualized, meaningful learning environments for children and adolescents with autism and related diagnoses. She is deeply passionate about training and mentoring future behavior analysts and RBTs, emphasizing integrity, empathy, and data-driven decision-making as the foundation of quality care.
