Mission Statement

Our mission is to strive to provide effective, individualized, evidence-based therapy in a warm, nurturing environment which enhances the quality of life for our autism community by focusing on socially significant skills. In addition to intensive initial and ongoing staff training, family support is crucial to successful treatment.

Our Vision

Our primary goal is to provide comprehensive, community-integration plans to individuals with ASD and other disabilities.
Our goal is to involve the autism community in local events and activities.
In order to improve the individual’s cognitive functioning, we utilize evidence-based and scientifically proven therapeutic strategies.
Effective treatment requires parent training, which we believe is an important component. By providing parents with training and support, we improve the lives of the individuals we serve and their families.
In addition, we strive to provide our staff with continuing education and training, which reflects positively on our services.

Our Team

Ajah Myers, MS, BCBA Executive Director

Ajah Myers has been working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder for over twenty years. She graduated from Marshall University with a BA in psychology in 2007. In 2013, Ajah became a board-certified associate behavior analyst (BCaBA) by completing continuing education courses from Florida Institute of Technology (FIT). She then attended Purdue Global and graduated with a Master of Science in applied behavior analysis in 2017. In May of 2018, Ajah became a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA).
