RBT Coordinator

Christalle Simmons serves as the RBT Coordinator for Myers Assessment and Therapeutic Services, taking a key role in developing and overseeing the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) team. She is a dedicated behavioral specialist with a profound passion for helping individuals reach their fullest potential, combining clinical structure with genuine warmth. Christalle holds a strong academic foundation, having earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from North Carolina A&T State University and completing her master’s degree in 2017. Further advancing her specialized expertise, she completed a post-graduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2025, ensuring her methods remain current and evidence-based.

Clinical Approach & Philosophy

Ajah’s journey in the field of autism services began in 2001, driven by a deep commitment to creating meaningful change in the lives of children and families. Over more than two decades, she has developed extensive expertise across diverse settings and populations. She earned her BCaBA certification in October 2013 and advanced to BCBA in May 2018, bringing unparalleled clinical expertise to her leadership role.

Under her guidance, MATS has grown from serving three clients in 2016 to becoming a thriving organization with a team of 30+ dedicated professionals. This growth reflects not just business success, but the realization of Ajah’s vision: making quality ABA services accessible to all families, particularly those in underserved communities.
