Ajah’s journey in the field of autism services began in 2001, driven by a deep commitment to creating meaningful change in the lives of children and families. Over more than two decades, she has developed extensive expertise across diverse settings and populations. She earned her BCaBA certification in October 2013 and advanced to BCBA in May 2018, bringing unparalleled clinical expertise to her leadership role.

Under her guidance, MATS has grown from serving three clients in 2016 to becoming a thriving organization with a team of 30+ dedicated professionals. Leadership Philosophy

Ajah believes that meaningful transformation happens when evidence-based interventions meet children in the environments where they naturally live, learn, and play. This philosophy shapes every aspect of MATS, from clinical programming to organizational culture. She is passionate about creating sustainable careers for behavior technicians and therapists, ensuring staff receive full-time hours and professional development opportunities that support both their wellbeing and clinical excellence.

"Together we can create meaningful change that transforms not just behaviors, but lives." - Ajah Myers

Unique Approach

What sets Ajah apart is her commitment to natural environment teaching combined with a focus on socially significant skills. Rather than confining therapy to clinical settings, she has pioneered an approach that prepares children for real-world success through structured socialization opportunities and community integration. Her innovative model combines 1:1 therapy within ability-based group settings, creating all-day learning opportunities that bridge the gap between therapy and daily life.

Community Impact

Ajah’s commitment extends beyond clinical services. She is dedicated to breaking down barriers to access, ensuring families from all socioeconomic backgrounds can receive quality ABA therapy. Her leadership in serving underserved communities reflects her belief that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Core Values in Action

Ajah leads MATS with four fundamental values: effective training and professional development, timely reciprocal communication, self-care, and integrity. These principles guide every decision and interaction, creating a workplace culture where both staff and clients thrive.

Vision for the Future

As MATS continues to grow, Ajah remains focused on her original mission: empowering individuals by transforming socially significant challenges into opportunities for growth, and fostering inclusive communities through compassionate, evidence-based behavioral solutions. She continues her own professional development through ongoing graduate coursework, staying current with the latest research in applied behavior analysis while remaining actively involved in the clinical aspects of the practice.
